Do I need to install an agent on every computer?
Agents are not required. Engagent Domain Inventory is designed to run in a zero-footprint, no-client configuration, via log-on scripts or email.

Will Engagent Domain Inventory bog down my network?
Engagent Domain Inventory is extremely sparing in its use of network resources. Its overhead is the lightest of any inventory product you can buy. Each update from a scanned machine puts less than 20K of HTTP data on the network.

Will Engagent Domain Inventory look at my servers as well as my desktops?
Yes. Engagent Domain Inventory can collect a wide variety of information from your network. Using the administrative console, you have control of what information is gathered.

What information does Engagent Domain Inventory return?
