Software Reports

Install Statistics
This report allows you to see how many computers each software package is installed on.  This is one way to see if you have too many installations for the number of licenses you own.  These numbers are also useful in calculating maintenance contract costs.
Products Location
This report is designed to locate computers on which a specified product is installed or not installed.
You can specify two conditions to define a more complex filter. For example, you can display the computers on which product1 is installed but product2 is not installed.
Newly Installed Products
With this report you are able to monitor the evolution of the installed software on your network. You can find all products installed between two dates (dates of two snapshots), and which computers the software was installed on.
New Products
Software Analysis
With this report you can find computers with unapproved products installed. There are two ways to find them:
-You can specify each approved product and get a list of computers with unapproved software. You can use an "ideal" computer as a template for approved products to save time.
-You can specify all unapproved products, and get a list of computers with unapproved software.
You can also find computers with missing required products.

Security Reports

Services Packs and HotFixes
This report is designed to show computers that are not up-to-date concerning Microsoft service packs and hot fixes. For example, you can show all computers using Windows 2000 with a service pack <= 2 and without a specific pre-SP3 hot fix installed.
Users in Groups
This report allows you to show any logical (and/or/not) comparison of two user groups.
-Users who are members of a specific group.
-Users who are members of two specified groups.
-Users who are members of a first group but not members of a second group
Services Analysis
This report allows you to show unapproved Windows services, missing required Windows services, or stopped services than should be running.  For example, you can check if your real-time antivirus is running on all workstations.  An "ideal" computer can be specified.  The configuration of this report is similar to the Software Analysis report.
Local Accounts
This report is designed to find computers with unapproved local accounts or with missing required local accounts.   An "ideal" computer can be specified.  The configuration of this report is similar to the Software Analysis report.
Local Administrators
This report is designed to find computers with unapproved local administrators or missing required local administrators.   An "ideal" computer can be specified.  The configuration of this report is similar to the Software Analysis report.
Shares Analysis
This report is designed to list computers with unapproved shares or missing required shares.    An "ideal" computer can be specified.  The configuration of this report is similar to the Software Analysis report.

Hardware Reports

General Hardware Requirements
This report shows computers with (or without) specific hardware requirements.
For example, you might need to replace the oldest computers in your Windows network because they can't support a new OS version (due to insufficient RAM, slow processor, etc.).
Disk Space Analysis
With this report you can monitor the free disk space of all Windows computers.
For example, it can show all volumes with less than 500 MB free so that you can take action before they are full.  You can also use this report to show all computers whose total hard drive capacity is below a  threshold.
Disk Space Evolution
This report allows you to follow the free disk space evolution for all volumes of your Windows network.  This is the graph you need to show management that they need to purchase more disk space before the situation becomes critical!
Disk Evolution
Video Configuration
With this report you can find computers with sub-par video settings or with an outdated video adapter.  It is recommended to set the vertical refresh frequency of all computer monitors to a value greater than 70 Hz to avoid eyestrain.

General Reports

Added/Removed Computers
With this report you can show all newly added or removed Windows computers (between two snapshots). This is useful for determining which computers were missed by the most recent scan.  The configuration of this report is similar to the New Products report.
Added/Removed Computers
Generic Query
This report allows the user to make a customized query on the database. In order to do this you need to:
1. Select the snapshot
2. Select the Table
3. Select the field of the table that will be displayed in the report
4. Select the field of the table that will be used for the comparison
5. Select the compare operation (Equal, Different, Greater, ....)
6. Enter the value that will be used in the comparison
7. Click Display
Global Report
The global report shows an exhaustive view of all computers, users and groups of your Windows network that could be accessed at the time the scan occurred.  This report can take a very long time to run and can be thousands of pages (if hundreds or thousands of computers are in the dataset).
