UWG has several critical applications that need to be up 24/7.  Sentry II has been very reliable for us in notification of potential problems. UWG's Promotions System is a development of both outside and in house developers.  Sentry II allows me to quickly and easily notify these guys - no matter where they may be - of events with the application.  Other critical services that we monitor with Sentry II are DNS, Domain Security, File replication and all system events across 20 servers.  Sentry II's uptime has been 100% and hassle free.
