Larry Heberlein has 20 years' experience bringing innovative software to market. As a software developer for Windsor Electronics, CDI Information Systems, Seattle O.S., and Pick Systems, he led teams that created operating systems for cutting-edge hardware platforms. (At Seattle O.S., for example, his team was the first outside IBM to put an operating system on IBM's first commercial RISC processor.) 

In 1989, Heberlein founded Seattle Lab, of which he served as Director of Development and then President until its sale to a publicly traded company in 2002. Seattle Lab established a strong record of first-to-market products, concentrating primarily on Microsoft Windows NT. (They worked closely with Microsoft under non-disclosure agreements before NT was released.) Among Seattle Lab's first-to-market products were:
     • First commercial email server for Windows.
     • First third-party services for Windows NT.
     • First Telnet server for Windows NT.
     • First web-based email product.
     • First terminal server for Windows NT.

At Seattle Lab, Heberlein also architected custom software development projects for some of the world's largest technology companies, including:
     • Microsoft
     • IBM
     • Motorola
     • Sanyo
     • Honeywell

Since joining Engagent in August 2002, Heberlein has led the development of Engagent's Software Asset Management products. He is the architect of Engagent Software License Manager, released in August 2003.

Lindsay Felker, a relative newcomer to the IT industry, came to Engagent after several years of working in Seattle’s booming Biotech sector. Lindsay is adept at technical project management and has a keen ability to problem solve and troubleshoot. Lindsay is currently functioning as Engagent‘s webmaster and product manager for our various security management suites. Lindsay has a BS in Chemistry, Molecular and Cellular Biology, and a BA in Spanish from the University of Arizona. She is an avid outdoor extremist and on the weekends can be found running ultramarathons (a recent finisher of the White River 50 mile), ice, rock, and glacier climbing in the nearby Cascades, cycling, kayaking, and skiing.

Mandy brings over six years of account development and client relations to Engagent.

Mandy graduated magna cum laude from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Apparel, Merchandising and Textiles and minors in International Business and Business Administration.  While at WSU Mandy was recognized as the Outstanding Freshman in Apparel, Merchandising and Textiles.  She was also awarded the WSU Alumni Leadership Award, the Phil & June Lighty Opportunity Scholarship Award, and the University Achievement Award.

After graduating, Mandy gained six years of sales experience and client relationship training while at Nordstrom.  Mandy managed operations, generating sales in excess of 4 million annually while supervising designer launches, planning events and promotions, and interacting with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
